This is a 21st century learning tool because it is a collaborative, online, potentially global document. Participants can initiate, add, and delete information. A wiki has limitless possibilities, but I think I would prefer to use it with students (student to student or student & teachers) than with parents at this point. I'd prefer a blog for the parent community.
