Blogging is a 21st Century tool because it is a new innovative way for everyone to share information, ask questions, and chat with people around the world.  In addition, blogging allows several people to post comments that could help other people out.  There usually is more than one way to do something and this allows someone to choose a solution he or she would feel most comfortable using.
