Blogging is a 21st century learning tool because of the collaborative and communication skills that it fosters.  As a teacher, I can post assignments and other important information on a blog.  My blog can also serve as a forum for students to share thoughts and ideas (and answer each others questions so I don't have to! (:  ) with one another.  Students can post their work and others can reflect or post responses to it as well.
