Blogging is a 21st century learning tool because it encourages communication without requiring physical proximity. In an age of technological awareness, it allows for the sharing of ideas and facts...and it builds a sense of community in the process! One way I could use this tool as a teacher is by posting information about assignments and classroom activities for parents and students to read.
