Learning and Innovation Skills are a very important part of my job as an LBS.  My particular population has difficulty clearly communicating ideas to one another, a critical skill in today's world.  Students (and people) need to be able to effectively communicate for a variety of purposes, be it to inform, instruct, motivate or persuade.  Students need to be able to manipulate a wealth of technologies, so my job is to teach them not only how to use those technologies but also the necessary communication tools.
